Payment and Cancellations

Payment Information

Payment is simple and flexible. Once you decide on a lesson plan after your free consultation, you can pay in either of two ways:

• Debit or credit card – secure online payment link provided

• Bank transfer – details available on request

Payment for the 10-lesson package is made in advance, while pay-as-you-go lessons are paid before each session.

🔄 Refunds & Guarantee

Refunds are not normally given once a package of lessons has begun. However, lessons can be rescheduled if adequate notice is given (see Cancellations policy above).

Early Completion Guarantee

The 10-lesson package is designed to cover the full ABRSM Grade 5 Theory syllabus and exam preparation. If a student completes the syllabus and reaches exam readiness in fewer than 10 lessons, I will refund the cost of any unused lessons — or, if you prefer, credit them towards future tuition.

This guarantee applies where:

• Lesson attendance has been consistent

• Homework tasks have been attempted

• I (the tutor) confirm that the student has fully completed the syllabus and is exam-ready
